History Project

Auteur is planning the distribution of some forgotten British short films, which benefited from the Eady Levy between 1957 and 1985. Besides acquiring the rights to these, we are hoping to interview the directors involved – many of whom went on to direct features. Ironically, Eady provided a boost to the pornographic film industry in the ’70s.
